Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made at our store. In line with this commitment, we have established the following refund policy:

 

  • 30-Day Return Policy:

You have a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If you face adaptation issues, you qualify for an extended 30 (thirty) day return period; please email us to let us know. Returns requested after the initial 30-day but before the 60-day period will receive an 80% refund. Returns requested after the 60-day period will not be accepted. 

 

  • Eligibility Criteria:

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

- In the same condition as when you received it;

- With all tags attached;

- In its original packaging;

- Used items may be accepted depending on the circumstance, but please ensure they are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee;

- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damage, Defective, or Wrong Items:
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We require a video and at least 2 (two) photos of the issue to proceed with a return or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will take swift action to resolve the situation. 

 

Return Process:
To initiate a return process, please use this link: Return & Exchange . When starting a return, ensure that all components of your Weasy are thoroughly cleaned before shipping. We require photos of your Weasy to demonstrate proper cleanliness and lack of damage. Returns with uncleaned and visibly used items will not qualify for a full refund; only 50% of the purchase order will be refunded. If your return request is approved, detailed instructions on where and how to send your package will be provided. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. It's important to be aware that shipping fees will apply for all return labels. If your request is approved, you will receive a return label with a validity period of 15 days. To ensure validity, please post the item within this period. Failure to do so will result in the claim being considered invalid, even if the product meets the cleaning specifications upon receipt.

 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest method is to return the original item following the return process mentioned above. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label with a validity of 15 (fiveteen) days. Please be aware Weasy Pet is not responsible for shipping fees. A store gift card will be finalized within 7 (seven) business days of the orders arrival. The gift card can be used to purchase your desired item, and will be valid for 3 (three) months.

 

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For further assistance regarding refunds, please contact us via email and request an analysis. Our dedicated team will analyze and finalize the refund request within 7 (seven) business days.

 

Subscription
Our Weasy Bag subscriptions offer the flexibility to be canceled at any time prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle. Should you desire to initiate a cancellation, we kindly request that you contact us via email, and our dedicated team will promptly assist you with the cancelation process.
