To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In cases where a used item is accepted, please clean and sanitize the product before shipping. Fail to do so, will result in a cleaning fee You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW DO I TRAIN MY DOG TO GO POTTY ON WEASY?
Training your dog to use the Weasy is as possible as any other method. If your dog already knows where to go potty, the transition is usually easy peasy. Check out our Training page to see more tips.
WHAT ABOUT THE SMELL?
No! The unpleasant smell of dog pee is generated by the buildup of urine and the proliferation of bacteria. As the pee goes straight to the Weasy bag, this doesn't happen. It is one of the most reported aspects by Weasy clients after using the product for some time.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE WEASY BAG?
When the Weasy Bag is full, close the anti-flow clip (so it doesn't leak during transportation). Take the pouch with the tray to the disposal site (drain, tank, or toilet), open the clip, and empty the Weasy Bag. Once it's empty, clean the tray and remove all water and air from the bag. Then just reinstall it.
